Who We’re Looking For

As a Jr. Graphic Designer, you will be a key component of the Creative Team and will collaborate, concept and execute under the direction of the Creative Director. Your projects would range from graphic design and brand development, to responsive website design, digital campaigns, video creation, email design, landing pages, social and blog graphics. You’ll help strategize and execute the design direction for Criterion.B’s client projects. He/She is responsible for creating innovative and compelling design experiences that align with the clients’ strategic objectives, marketing goals, and executed with design excellence.

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment and be able to manage working on multiple projects in a variety of mediums at the same time. The right candidate will be hungry for growth and learning, understands the importance of brand development, website design and knows how to balance great design with great strategy and thinking. No job is too small for you, you’re willing to jump in on any project as needed. No egos here either, we have an open collaborative environment. Strong graphic design, front-end website design, social media graphics and typography skills a must.

This position works closely with the Creative Director, Account Management and Development Teams. Clear and open communication is imperative with all teams. He/She participates in all phases of the design process, from conception to completion of all projects they are involved in.

Qualifications:

  • This position requires 1-2 years experience working within or interning in a marketing or advertising agency environment
  • Proficient experience in graphic design, brand development of logo identities, printed collateral, custom front-end responsive website and mobile design, social graphics and blog graphics. Animation and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) is a must
  • Above average skills in front-end responsive website design and ability to troubleshoot on the development side as needed on digital projects (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery)
  • Ability to set up detail oriented print-ready files and working with outside production vendors on estimates or project completion
  • Fundamental knowledge of supporting web application languages (HTML, XML, PHP) or CMS platforms (WordPress)
  • A strong design eye for current branding and digital design trends
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving skills, leadership qualities and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to create wireframes, web design layouts and overall creating great user experiences
  • Solid understanding of the creative development process and how to take constructive feedback

Job Description
As an essential member of the Criterion.B team, the Account Executive serve as a liaison between the agency and their base of clients, all while maintaining accountability for managing projects, building relationships, and developing new business through existing clients. The ideal candidate must be:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage All Day-To-Day Activities, Planning & Strategies for Your Customer Accounts
  • Responsible for Entering All Tasks into Project Management System & Follow Through
  • Daily & Weekly Reporting of Status & Progress of Projects
  • Build & Maintain Strong, Long-Lasting Customer Relationships
  • Work with the Account Director to Renew and Grow Existing Contracts
  • Continually Grow Sales of Existing Clients
  • Ensure the Timely and Successful Delivery of Client Deliverables
  • Effectively Communicate Clients Needs to Internal Teams
  • Prepare Client & Internal Reports & Presentations
  • Keep and Maintain the Organization of all Client Materials on G Drive
  • Ensure Proper Documentation of all Communication
  • Setup and Run all Client Meetings, Including Notes that are Added to G Drive
  • Responsible for Developing Creative Briefs
  • Responsible for Overseeing the Planning of all Marketing Needs and Projects
  • Handle all Monthly Invoicing & Billing for Client Base, Detailed Tracking of all Tim

Who We’re Looking For
Criterion.B is searching for an articulate Digital Content and Social Media Writer with strong skills and experience in generating content. If you love grammar, thrive on social media, and enjoy writing for a variety of businesses and industries — this job is your calling.

The Digital Content and Social Media Writer will report to our Content Director and our Creative Copywriter to collaborate on marketing strategy and develop compelling content for both digital, print, and ads. This position has a heavy emphasis on researching and generating content (website, blogs, articles, social updates, case studies, guides, etc.) as well as exploring new social media features for our agency and its clients.

The ideal candidate will work in constant cooperation with the Content Director and all teams — design, analytics, account management, etc. — to develop and implement content strategies for clients across the multifamily apartment industry and other markets.

General Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Content Director to develop and implement social media posts and blogging strategies for clients and the agency.
  • Work with the Creative Copywriter to strategize and execute social media ads and email campaigns.
  • Develop creative and technical website content.
  • Assist in the creation of taglines, catch-phrases, or any needed copy for client campaigns.
  • Use analytics to analyze, report and improve performance of content on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain internal process guides, CMS, project management software, and Google Drive.
  • Assist with any content projects or tasks that come through the agency.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or a closely related field
  • 1-3 years’ of copywriting and editing experience as an official role within an organization, preferably in copywriting, marketing, social media, or digital strategy
  • A minimum of 1-3 years working with social media in a professional capacity
  • Confidence and passion — the ability to take control, make decisions and explain reasoning in any situation, especially with clients
  • Flexibility — adapt to change quickly and without hesitation
  • Excellent time and project management skills, problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to multitask and drive projects to completion on time and with big impact
  • Must have the fortitude to effectively work under tight deadlines
  • Experience working directly with clients, knowing the right questions to ask and formulating the right plan of attack and getting the work done at a high level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of web principles like SEO, analytics (Google Analytics), and HTML
  • Working knowledge of SEMRush or a similar SEO analytics tool
  • Working knowledge of WordPress
  • Working knowledge of Facebook Business advertising and LinkedIn advertising
  • Project management experience within a marketing or digital environment
